Sharolyn Reynolds

Sharolyn is a director for Healthcare Management Partners at the Birmingham office.
Sharolyn uses her extensive knowledge of information systems and her data analysis skills to help HMP clients improve their operations and develop fact-based analyses for legal disputes. She has sorted through volumes of data to identify pharmacy pricing discrepancies for a litigation support client. In addition, she has developed software applications that allow clients to produce vital reporting information and improve processes aimed at accelerating reimbursements.
Sharolyn has also analyzed the effects of proposed major and highly complex changes to the Medicare payment system for the home health agency market. The analysis identified which companies would benefit and which would be hurt—and by how much—by the proposed changes.
With more than 25 years of experience, Sharolyn has run her own information consulting firm, served as chief information officer for a Birmingham-based retail establishment and melded her business and technical expertise by helping to design web-based, custom business applications for clients while working at a software development firm.
Sharolyn earned a Bachelor of Science in social sciences from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas.
