Sharolyn Thomas
Sharolyn Thomas is a director for Healthcare Management Partners in Birmingham, Ala.
Sharolyn is applying her extensive knowledge of information systems and data skills to help HMP clients improve their operations and develop fact-based analysis for legal disputes. She has sorted through volumes of data to identify pharmacy pricing discrepancies for one litigation support client and developed software applications that allow a provider to produce vital reporting information and to improve processes aimed at accelerating reimbursements.
With more than 25 years of experience, Sharolyn has run her own information consulting firm, served as chief information officer for Birmingham-based Mazer Discount Home Centers and melded her business and technical expertise by helping to design web-based, custom business applications for clients while working at a software development firm.
Sharolyn earned a bachelor of science in social sciences from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and a master of business administration from the University of Texas.
